1. What we collect
Account data (email, display name), session data (IP address, approximate country and city, browser, pages visited, login time), the photographs and clinical context you submit, and the genetic raw data you choose to upload.
2. Why we use it
To generate your analysis, to keep results consistent for the same photograph, to link your own genetic variants to the educational pathway context, to secure the platform and to detect abuse.
3. Genetic data
Your raw data file is parsed in your browser. Only the variants included in our curated skin, hair, aging and oxidative stress panel are stored, tied to your account and protected by row-level access rules. No other person can read them, and they are never used to diagnose.
4. Analysis cache
Each photograph generates two fingerprints (an exact hash and a visual hash) stored with the resulting report, so the same image always produces the same reading. Fingerprints cannot be converted back into a picture.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Processing is performed by our infrastructure and AI providers strictly as required to deliver the service, under confidentiality obligations.
6. Retention and deletion
You can delete your genetic data at any time from the Genetics screen, and you may request full account deletion by email. Session logs are retained for security auditing.
7. Your rights
Access, correction, portability, restriction and deletion, in line with GDPR and LGPD principles. Write to privacy@robgenes.ai.
8. Security
Encrypted transport, authenticated access, row-level authorisation per user and restricted administrative consoles. No system is perfectly secure; report issues to security@robgenes.ai.
