1. Cancellation window

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. A full refund is available within 7 days of the first purchase, provided no more than 3 analyses have been consumed.

2. Subscription renewals

Renewals are refundable within 48 hours of the charge if no analysis has been run in the new billing period. After that, the plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed.

3. Scan credits

Unused credits are refundable pro rata within 30 days of purchase. Credits already consumed by a completed analysis are non-refundable, because the processing cost has been incurred.

4. Technical failures

If an analysis fails for a technical reason on our side, the credit is restored automatically or refunded in full on request.

5. How to request

Email billing@robgenes.ai with the account email and the transaction date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

6. Out of scope

Refunds are not granted because an educational result did not match a clinical expectation. PHENOTYPE 360 is explicitly non-diagnostic.
