By creating an account or using PHENOTYPE 360 you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Educational, non-diagnostic purpose

PHENOTYPE 360 produces educational visual and contextual biological information. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, does not replace a consultation with a qualified health professional, and must never be used for emergency decisions. No genetic conclusion is ever derived from a photograph.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or older, or use the platform under the supervision of a legal guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure.

4. Content you upload

You confirm that you own, or have permission to upload, every photograph, clinical note and genetic raw data file you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to deliver the analysis and to store the results in your account.

5. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to re-identify other users, scrape the platform, resell outputs as medical reports, or present the analysis as a clinical diagnosis.

6. Professional mode

Professional features (clinical terminology, differential possibilities, notes and signature) are intended for licensed practitioners. The practitioner remains fully responsible for any clinical decision.

7. Availability and changes

Features may change, be suspended or discontinued. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PHENOTYPE 360 and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any decision taken on the basis of educational output.
